Yes and No. If you are an individual user, you should not be sharing your result with your Organisation if employed.
If you are an Employee, you agree by participating that an Organisational report can be complied using aggregate (group level) anonymous data – which includes employee data, or that your report will be automatically shared with your Consultant. No Organisation or Consultant can force its employees to do an assessment. Please note your results are aggregated and anonymous. Employees may also get a copy of this organisation level report (this is up to your Organisation).
